  2. Head to my Contact Information page, and send me a request for a Complimentary Consultation (45 minute session)

  3. Once we set up a time and date for your Complimentary Consultation appointment, fill out the necessary paperwork provided to you.

  4. If we are a good fit, we will begin to collaborate on setting up realistic goals and finding the path to achieve them

  5. Begin to better know your strengths, build tools, overcome barriers. Reconnect with yourself.
